The wood impregnation agent “Wood Shade” is designed for the decoration and protection of wood surfaces from atmospheric effects. Thanks to wax and other additives, the wood does not absorb water, becomes resistant to sunlight, and natural wood aging and rot are halted.

Purpose of Use

For impregnating wood surfaces (such as fences, wood sheds, decorative wells, landscaping elements, outdoor canopies, etc.), imparting the desired color. When used for outdoor furniture, it is recommended to cover horizontal surfaces with varnish. New surfaces are advised to be impregnated before the wood darkens from atmospheric effects. Surface preparation. The surface must be dry and clean. Dust, resin, grease, or other stains must be carefully cleaned. Usage. Mix thoroughly before use. It is recommended to apply with a brush or roller in 1-2 layers, leaving no untreated wood surfaces. The second layer is applied only after the first layer has completely dried.

Working Conditions

Use when the ambient temperature is between +6 and +25 °C. Recommended working temperature is 18 (+-5 °C). The impregnated wood must be dry (moisture content - less than 15 percent). High humidity negatively affects the quality of impregnation.

Drying time. Not sticky to touch after 2 hours (if the air temperature is +20 °C and relative humidity is 65 percent). Fully dries after 12-24 hours. Yield. Approximately 14-18 m2/l (depending on the preparation of the wood surface).
