With the ESSVE Concealed Deck Mounting Tool, you'll have a deck with no visible screws. Beautiful, neat and without splinters. The HDS system consists of special screws, torque bits and a tool. The tool screws the screw into the side of the board so it is not visible.
Use the included corners to provide gaps between boards.
The mounting tool is suitable for use with 105-155mm wide boards.
Always follow the timber supplier's installation instructions for joist spacing and plank spacing to ensure durability.
USING
Lift the gray locking knob to adjust the tool to the width of the wood.
Place the tool on the board and squeeze the handle.
Insert one HDS screw into each mounting location. Use a gapping tool to get the proper distance between the boards.
Tighten the screws with the TX15 x 100 mm bit marked in red. Always start from the edge.
