Quick-drying, corrosion-resistant protective modified anti-corrosion primer paint on a resin base for the protection and finishing of metal (steel) surfaces. For steel structures, metal poles, partitions, fences, doors, gates, railings, trailers, and other metal surfaces both outside and inside. Possible painting of technological production equipment. After drying, forms a hard, wear-resistant, semi-gloss coating. The paint can be tinted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation.
Before applying the anti-corrosion primer paint to steel surfaces, they must be cleaned of dirt, corrosion products (rust), and grease. If it's not possible to completely clean the surface from rust stains, loose rust must be removed and the surface sanded using abrasives (sandpaper, wire brush, sander, etc.). However, corrosion protection in this case will be lower.
Application.
Priming before painting is not necessary. Use white base A for producing lighter colors. Mix well before use and, if necessary, thin with spirit of waiting or other types of thinners (0-5% by volume if using with a roller or brush) to the desired consistency. These thinners are also used for cleaning the tools used. Spraying is allowed only in industrial painting workshops. Air and surface temperature range: from +5 °C to +35 °C. Relative humidity must not exceed 85%. Apply 2 layers of anti-corrosion primer paint on a clean and dry surface with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer (nozzle diameter: 0.011“-0.017”). Drying time for one layer is 10 hours (+20 °C) or 14 hours (+10 °C). Store in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
Required paint quantity. Coverage of one coat (depending on thickness) is given in the table. Recommended thickness for one coat is approximately 50-70 μm.
