Flowing cement-based floor leveler with plasticizer additive, viscous, waterproof, and frost-resistant.
Application. For garage floor installation, terraces, installing electric heating cables, slope formation, filling gaps, dents, and irregularities in wet and dry areas, indoors and outdoors.
Surfaces. 6975 Betomix flow can be applied on concrete surfaces. 6975 Betomix flow can be used as a floating floor (thickness 35-80 mm) on stable surfaces with reinforcement and on a reinforced insulation layer.
Surface treatment. The base surface must be stable, cleaned of dust, oils, and cement film. Any crumbly part of the concrete surface must be removed or wiped off. Dust is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. Fats, oils, etc., are cleaned with mira 7110 base cleaner, high-pressure water jet, or another effective cleaning method.
Priming. Absorbent concrete base should be primed with 1 part 4180 primer diluted with 3 parts water. The primer must be thoroughly integrated into the substrate with a brush or roller.
