Installation with guttanit+ screws:

• Minimum roof slope 7°=12.3% (Standard slope 10°) in the direction of water drainage.
• Rafters 60 x 60 mm, battens at least 45 x 45 mm.
• Distance between battens 40 cm under moderate snow and wind load. In areas with high load, distances must be reduced!
• All that is needed for installation is a drill, level, circular saw, cordless screwdriver, and screws with washers.
• Use a board to distribute the weight.
• Install against the main wind direction, from the free edge towards the ridge.
• To avoid corner cuts or four-layer overlaps, sheets should be laid with an offset. Start the first row with a whole sheet and the second with half a sheet. Continue this procedure alternately.
• Drill holes for screws in the sheets with a plastic drill with a diameter of 10 mm.
• Side overlap of one wave width or 2 wave widths if the roof slope is low and/or the load is high.
• Longitudinal overlap of at least 15 cm, but if the slope is low and/or the load is high — at least 20 cm.
• Sheet overhang from the free edge — no more than 5 cm
• Screw down every second wave of the sheet, in the overlap and free edge areas — every wave.
ATTENTION: Do not force the sheet during fastening. Only screw down as much as necessary for the sealing cap to fit well.
• First screw down the first and second-to-last wave of the sheet, then the remaining waves.
• Recommendation: use support blocks.
• Approximately 18–22 fasteners/m²
• If necessary, install required accessories.
• The warranty is valid only if original Gutta accessories are used.

• Minimum roof slope 7°=12.3% (Standard slope 10° = 17.6 % )
• Rafters 60 x 60 mm, battens at least 60 x 60 mm.
• Distance between battens 56 cm under moderate snow and wind load. In areas with high load, distances must be reduced!
- Distance between battens 56 cm if snow load is up to 90 kg/m²
- Distance between battens 46 cm if snow load is up to 200 kg/m²
- Distance between battens 31 cm if snow load is up to 350 kg/m²

• Drill holes for nails in the sheets with a plastic drill with a diameter of 6 mm.
• Side overlap of one wave width or 2 wave widths if the roof slope is low and/or the load is high.
• Sheet overhang from the free edge — no more than 5 cm
• Hammer a nail in every third wave of the sheet, in the overlap and free edge areas — in every wave.
ATTENTION: Do not force the sheet during fastening. Hammer only as much as necessary for the sealing cap to fit well.
• First attach the first and second-to-last wave of the sheet, then the remaining waves.
• Approximately 13–15 fasteners/m²
• If necessary, install required accessories.
• The warranty is valid only if original Gutta accessories are used.
