The wood preserving agent "Wood Shade" is intended for decorating and protecting wood from atmospheric effects. Wax and other added components prevent the wood from absorbing water, make it resistant to sunlight, and prevent natural wood aging and decay.

Purpose of Use

For impregnating wood surfaces (such as fences, firewood storage, decorative wells, outdoor decoration elements, outdoor shelters, etc.), giving the desired color. For outdoor furniture, it is recommended to cover horizontal surfaces with varnish. It is recommended to impregnate new surfaces before the wood darkens due to atmospheric effects. Surface preparation. The surface must be dry and clean. Dust, resin, grease, or other stains should be carefully removed. Usage. Stir well before use. It is recommended to apply with a brush or roller 1-2 times, leaving no untreated wood. The second layer should be applied only when the first one is completely dry.

Working Conditions

Use when the ambient temperature is between +6 and +25 °C. The recommended working temperature is 18 (+-5 °C). The impregnated wood must be dry (moisture – less than 15 percent). High air humidity negatively affects the quality of impregnation.

Drying time. Non-stick to touch after 2 hours (if the air temperature is +20 °C and relative humidity is 65 percent). Completely dries in 12-24 hours. Consumption. Approximately 14-18 m2/l (depending on wood surface preparation).
