Delivery of Goods

Buvmix.lv offers delivery of goods throughout Latvia. Delivery is organized individually after order confirmation — our manager will contact you to confirm the delivery time and costs.

• Delivery to your specified address in Latvia
• For large volume orders — delivery by truck
• The option to pick up goods from our warehouse in Riga
• Delivery time — 1–5 business days depending on availability

Returns and Warranty

If the received item does not match the order or is damaged, please contact us within 5 business days after delivery. Returns are possible if the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.

• Return period — 14 days from the moment of receipt
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Exchange or refund for damaged or incorrect items

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (invoice is sent to email)
• Cash upon receipt of goods at the warehouse
• 50% deposit + balance after delivery (for large orders)
