We offer a 15-year warranty for our “Guttanit+” corrugated sheets.
Installation with Guttanit+ screws:
• Minimum roof slope 7° = 12.3% (standard slope 10°) in the direction of water drainage.
• Longitudinal battens (rafters) 60 x 60 mm, cross battens (strips) min. 45 x 45 mm.
• The distance between the cross battens (strips) is 40 cm, if there is a medium snow and wind load. In areas with high loads, the distances must be reduced!
• Everything needed for installation is a drill, level, circular saw, battery screwdriver, and screws with washers.
• Use a board to distribute weight.
• Install against the main wind direction, from the free edge towards the ridge.
• To avoid corner cuts or four-way overlaps, sheets should be laid staggered. Start the first row with a whole sheet and the second with half a sheet. Continue this procedure alternately.
• Immediately drill screw holes in the sheets with a drill designed for plastic, hole diameter 10 mm.
• Side overlap by one wave or by 2 waves, if the roof slope is small and/or the load is large.
• Longitudinal overlap min. 15 cm, but if the slope is small and/or the load is large, at least 20 cm.
• The sheets should extend from the free edge no more than 5 cm.
• Screw down every second wave of the sheet, in the overlap and free edge zones of each wave.
CAUTION! Do not compress the sheet during fastening. Screw only enough for the sealing cap to fit snugly.
• First screw down the first and penultimate wave of the sheet, then the remaining waves.
• Recommendation: use support blocks.
• Approximately 18–22 fastening elements/m²
• If necessary, install the required accessories.
• The warranty is valid only when original Gutta accessories are used.
Installation with fastening plates:
• Minimum roof slope 7° = 12.3% (standard slope 10°) in the direction of water drainage.
• Longitudinal battens (rafters) 60 x 60 mm, cross battens (strips) min. 45 x 45 mm.
• The distance between the cross battens (strips) is 40 cm, if there is a medium snow and wind load. In areas with high loads, the distances must be reduced!

• Immediately drill screw holes in the sheets with a drill designed for plastic, hole diameter 10–14 mm.
• Side overlap by one wave or by 2 waves, if the roof slope is small and/or the load is large.
• Longitudinal overlap min. 15 cm, but if the slope is small and/or the load is large, at least 20 cm.
• The sheets should extend from the free edge no more than 5 cm.
• Screw down every third wave of the sheet, but in the overlap and free edge zones every second wave.
CAUTION! Do not compress the sheet during fastening. Screw only enough for the sealing cap to fit snugly.
• First screw down the first and penultimate wave of the sheet, then the remaining waves.
• Recommendation: use support blocks.
• Approximately 13–15 fastening elements/m²

Fastening with Shelltec nails:
• Minimum roof slope 7° = 12.3% (standard slope 10° = 17.6%)
• Longitudinal battens (rafters) 60 x 60 mm, cross battens (strips) min. 60 x 60 mm.
• The distance between the cross battens (strips) 56 cm, if there is a medium snow and wind load. In areas with high loads, the distances must be reduced!
- Distances between the battens 56 cm, if snow load is up to 90 kg/m²
- 46 cm distance between the battens, if snow load is up to 200 kg/m²
- 31 cm distance between the battens, if snow load is up to 350 kg/m²
• Everything needed for installation is a drill, level, circular saw, battery drill, hammer, and nails with washers.
• Use a board to distribute weight.

• Embed every third wave of the sheet, but in the overlap and free edge zones in each wave.
CAUTION! Do not compress the sheet during fastening. Tap only enough for the sealing cap to fit snugly.
