The shank is cylindrical (the shank diameter corresponds to the drill diameter). It is used with drilling stands and screwdrivers. There is a small risk of breakage, especially for drills with a diameter of 6 mm, as the drill is designed to have a very flexible body. The black oxide-coated nut allows for quick removal of chips.
