PRODUCT FEATURES
Makroflex WHITETEQ Thermal & Sound is a new generation of white polyurethane foam made from purified and concentrated ingredients. The WHITETEQ polymer purification technology ensures maximum foam hardening efficiency. WHITETEQ foam is characterized by a snow-white color, an extremely fine pore structure, and high resistance to UV rays. The cured foam stands out with the highest thermal insulation efficiency (0.0303 W/mK) and sound insulation properties (63 dB). The WHITETEQ technology also provides a very low expansion pressure, allowing for very convenient application, and 25% elasticity ensures long-lasting insulation – compensating for joint movements caused by temperature expansion, for example. Thanks to precise balance of open and closed cells, as well as mechanical strength, it is the ideal product for labor-intensive insulation jobs.
With a gun, Makroflex WHITETEQ Thermal & Sound is very easy to apply. The foam adheres well to most building materials, such as wood, stone, metal, etc. The amount of cured foam primarily depends on working conditions – temperature, air humidity, expansion space, etc. At low temperatures, the foam expands less, and curing takes longer. The product does not contain CFC propellants.
