Bauroc Ecoterm+ Gas Concrete Blocks 1.44m³/palette

Bauroc ECOTERM+ blocks are produced with an average dry density of 300 kg/m³ and an average compressive strength of fb=1.8 N/mm².
The blocks are made in three different widths: 500mm, 375mm, and 300mm.

They are used in the construction of both load-bearing and non-load-bearing outer and inner walls. Mainly, Bauroc ECOTERM+ blocks are used as load-bearing and thermally insulating wall structures for private homes or as infill for load-bearing frames in multi-storey buildings.

Bauroc ECOTERM+ blocks with widths of 500mm and 375mm allow for the construction of single-layer separating structures for residential homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and kindergartens without additional thermal insulation. The block with a width of 300mm requires additional thermal insulation.
These wall structures help maintain warmth in the house during the winter and provide sufficient sound insulation and impeccable fire resistance in the summer. Bauroc ECOTERM+ blocks are among the lightest construction blocks, which simplifies the weight of wall structures, improves the block bonding process, and accelerates the work pace.
These blocks have a compressive strength of fb=1.8 N/mm², which allows for the construction of load-bearing walls up to 2 stories high, using reinforced concrete ceiling panels or monolithic ceilings.
